Country Roads is intended and operated for occupancy by persons 55 years of age or older.  Our Community consists of approximately 150 acres and 1294 privately owned, deeded lots and park models. The facilities, buildings, streets and grounds are owned in common by the owners. All business and facilities are professionally managed and maintained through an Incorporated Association with Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions. Each owner is a member of the Association. All lots have the basic utilities and amenities, including telephone, electric, water sewer and cable TV.

To contact the on-site Realty Team browse the menu to the left.  The Steen Team  has a branch office at the main complex of our community.
