Parkmodel Without Arizona Room:
$1315.00 Per Month
All utilities are FREE except telephone

Reservation Deposit:
$350.00
This deposit needs to accompany the reservation request form (see below)
This deposit is applied to the rent upon checking in.

The deposit is non-refundable if we have confirmed your reservation.

Security Deposit:
$250.00 is to be paid at time of check in.
REFUNDABLE (within 2 weeks after checking out) IF:

• All rents have been paid
• Home is left clean inside (including laundry being done)
• Yard is left clean
• There is no damage to the inside or outside of property
• All utilities have been paid
• All inventory is accounted for

Reservation Deposit:
$250.00 To be included with Reservation Request (see other side)
This deposit is applied to your rent when you check in.
This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE after your reservation has been confirmed.

• One occupant must be at least 55 years old.
• No one under the age of 18 may stay in the resort (children visitors are allowed during designated holidays, ask for details)
• All rents are based on a two person occupancy.
• A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (no Pit Bulls)
• If your R.V. is over ten years old, it is subject to inspection prior to occupancy. If it is over 10 years old, send a picture with your reservation request form.
• One R.V. per lot
• R.V. must be fully contained.
• Utility trailers, car trailers, boats, etc., must be stored outside the resort. They cannot be kept on the lot. Tow dollies may be kept on the lot if stored under the back of the R.V.
