Park Model without Arizona Room:

Monthly: $1500.00
Monthly Rate Includes: Basic Cable, Water and Refuse
Monthly Rate Does Not Include: Phone, Electric or Internet (Wi-Fi available in main complex)

Park Model with Arizona Room:

Monthly: $1600.00
Monthly Rate Includes: Basic Cable, Water and Refuse
Monthly Rate Does Not Include: Phone, Electric or Internet (Wi-Fi available in main complex)

Off Season Rates are Available May 1st - September 30th (call for details)

WE NOW ACCEPT MASTERCARD AND VISA

Reservation Deposit: $350.00 (to be included with Reservation Request form)
This deposit is applied to your last month's rent and is NON-REFUNDABLE after your reservation has been confirmed.

Canadian Citizens: Please send cashiers check or money order in US funds

Security Deposit: $250 (to be paid at time of check-in)
This deposit is REFUNDABLE (within 2 weeks after checking out) if:

• All rents have been paid
• Home is left clean inside(including laundry being done)
• Yard is left clean
• There is no damage to the interior or exterior of the property
• All utilities have been paid, including electric bill
• All inventory has been accounted for
• All Keys have been returned

To establish utility service, please contact the following:

Rules and Regulations:

• One occupant must be at least 55 years old
• Guests under the age of 18 are welcome in resort only during designated holidays. (Call for Details)
• All rents are based on a two person occupancy
• A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (no Pit Bulls)
• Utility trailers, car trailers, boats, etc., must be stored outside the resort
• Please refer to the Document Library page for additional Rules and Regulations

Please note: Acceptance of your Reservation Request form DOES NOT assure you a lot reservation. Completing the form will put you on our waiting list and your reservation will either be confirmed or denied at least 45 days prior to your arrival date requested. You may mail in your request up to one year prior to your arrival date. Please make sure to check our website periodically for any rate changes.
