This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE after your reservation has been confirmed.
This deposit is REFUNDABLE (within 2 weeks after checking out) if:
- All rents have been paid
- All utilities have been paid
- Yard is free of debris
- All keys have been returned
Rules and Regulations:
- One occupant must be at least 55 years old
- Guests under the age of 18 are welcome in resort only during designated holidays. (Call for Details)
- All rents are based on a two person occupancy
- A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (no vicious breeds)
- Utility trailers, car trailers, boats, etc., must be stored outside the resort

Please note: Acceptance of your Reservation Request form DOES NOT assure you a lot reservation. Completing the form will put you on our waiting list and your reservation will either be confirmed or denied at least 45 days prior to your arrival date requested. You may mail in your request up to one year prior to your arrival date. Please make sure to check our website periodically for any rate changes.
