Deposit must be paid at time of check in. REFUNDABLE (within 2 weeks after checking out) if:
- All Rents Have Been Paid
- All Utilities Have Been Paid
- Home is Clean (including linens)
- All Inventory has been Accounted for
- Yard is Free of Debris
- No Damage to the Inside or Outside of the Property

Rules and Regulations:
One occupant must be at least 55 years old
One RV per lot
Guests under the age of 18 may only use the park amenities during designated holidays (ask for details)
All rents are based on a two person occupancy
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (no vicious breeds)
RV must be fully contained
Utility trailers, car trailers, boats, etc., must be stored outside the resort
Tow dollies may be kept on the lot if stored behind the RV
If your RV is over ten years old, it is subject to inspection prior to occupancy (please send a picture with your reservation request form)
