The Board of Directors Meetings of the 2011-2012 Season will be at 10:00 a.m. in the Ballroom on the second Tuesday of each Month excluding February. The date of the February Board meeting is scheduled for February 7th, 2012. We have posted the meeting minutes from the last Regular Board Meeting in the Document Library. The Board of Directors recently approved the painting of the perimeter wall. This project began February 6th 2012.
Children Visitors are permitted to visit in accordance with our Rules and Regulations the designated time for Spring 2012 is April 1, 2012 - April 15, 2012.
The City of Yuma has requested our assistance. When disposing of garbage please DO NOT use the large Red Roll Off Dumster. This is for Landscape Debris Only. Thanks for your help. You can find Recycling Information HERE.
Maintenance Concerns: When our seasonal residents return, please consider removing your older style black pipes that provide your irrigation and we highly recommend replacing them with Schedule 40 white PVC. The black pipes tend to get so hot in the summer and burst.
There are to be NO plantings in the utility easements. All will be required to have them removed by the end of the 2011-2012 season. We appreciate your cooperation!
