Welcome to Country Roads

Country Roads is a 55 and over private adult community consisting of approximately 150 acres and 1294 privately owned lots and park models. The facilities, buildings, streets and grounds are owned in common by the owners. All business and facilities are professionally managed and maintained through an Incorporated Association, by which each owner is a member. All lots have the basic utilities and amenities, including telephone, electric, water sewer and cable TV.
