Country Roads offers a large array of amenities for our residents of the Resort. We maintain a professional security staff with two (2) officers per shift, seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, three hundred and sixty five (365) days per year.

There is a main facility complex and two satellite complexes. Each complex has a swimming pool, spa, laundry facilities, shower facilities and restrooms. The Resort has numerous sports courts, a total of four (4) pools, three (3) spas, one (1) indoor pool and one (1) indoor spa. All the pools and spas are heated and maintained by our professional maintenance staff.

During our fall and winter months, Country Roads has a restaurant available to our residents that serves breakfast and lunch daily, Monday through Friday. Pricing is reasonable and this facility is for our residents and their guests only. Dining is predominately on the patio, but the ballroom dining area may also be used in inclement weather.

Our community has beautifully landscaped walking areas that offer themselves to long morning walks or sunset strolls.

Country Roads has a lighted tennis court and shuffleboard courts for your pleasure, along with horseshoes, volleyball, pickleball, putting green, billiards room, library and fitness center. We also have designated areas for crafts, sewing, quilting, ceramics, woodworking, lapidary, Zumba, and various card games. With the largest ballroom in Yuma County we continually offer dancing and a wide variety of professional entertainment and much more.
