Amenities

Country Roads offer a large array of amenities for our residents of the Resort. We maintain a professional security staff with two (2) officers per shift, seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, three hundred and sixty five (365) days per year.

There is a main facility complex and two satellite complexes. Each complex has pools/spas, laundry facilities, shower facilities and restrooms. The main complex is much larger and has steam rooms, with various room availabilities through activities.

We are rated as a Resort and sport four (4) pools and three (3) spas, along with one (1) indoor pool and one (1) indoor spa. All the pools and spas are heated and maintained by our professional maintenance staff.

During our fall and winter months, Country Roads has a restaurant available to our residents that serves breakfast and lunch daily, Monday through Friday. Pricing is reasonable and this facility is for our residents and their guests use only. Dinning is predominately on the patio, but the ballroom dinning area may also be used in inclement weather.

Country Roads has a lighted tennis court and shuffleboard courts for your pleasure, along with horseshoes, volleyball, bocce ball, putting green, billiards room and exercise room. We also have rooms for crafts, sewing, quilting, ceramics, woodworking, lapidary, various card games, dancing, exercise and much more. Country Roads maintains the largest ballroom in Yuma County and has a small library for our literary friends.

There are walking areas connected to the streets, referred to as green belts or retention areas that allow long walks or evening strolls throughout the community. These areas are landscaped and maintained by our staff.
