IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM THE ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE: A recent meeting was held with the City of Yuma Planning Department and the ACC concerning the new requirements for stuccoing Park Models/Arizona Rooms. This is to give everyone a "heads up" regarding the new rules covering stucco installation. The City has implemented new rules and the ACC wants to assure that Owners are made aware the new regulations. Many may have completed a stucco project before the new rules were implemented. A problem may occur if the flashing was not properly installed. The ACC suggests that each HO concerned contact their contractor to discuss the issue to be reassured that their flashing offers the correct protection.
