Welcome to Country Roads

Country Roads is a 55 and over private adult community consisting of approximately 150 acres and 1294 privately owned lots. The facilities, buildings, streets and grounds are owned in common by the owners. All business and facilities are professionally managed and maintained through an Incorporated Association, by which each owner is a member. All lots have the basic utilities and amenities, including telephone, electric, water sewer and cable TV.

Country Roads Real Estate is a department within the Association that sells, rents and manages properties exclusively for the owners of Country Roads. The real estate department is managed by a licensed professional Real Estate Broker, Carla J. Serfas, Designated Broker/Manager. Carla J. Serfas has been dealing in Real Estate for Country Roads residents for the last 17 years… quite successfully.
