Country Roads Real Estate is a department within the Association that sells, rents and manages properties exclusively for the owners of Country Roads. The real estate department is managed by a licensed professional, Brenda K. Bowlin, Designated Broker.

Brenda was born and raised in Kansas City where she earned her masters degree in science and management from Baker University in Baldwin City. Prior to starting her real estate career, Brenda spent fourteen successful years at the corporate office of a global chemical company which was located in Overland Park, Kansas; her most recent position as an operations analyst for the logistics department. Before joining Country Roads, she worked for Broken Arrow Realty, LLC/Kammann Development. She was a party to over 250 successful transactions which prepared her to meet the highest demands and expectations of her clients. She was no stranger to Yuma or Country Roads prior to relocating here in 2004. She spent many vacations visiting her parents who were residents of the park. The great southwest caught her attention and she now considers Yuma her home. Brenda feels real estate is a personal service-oriented business. She believes today's client is often tomorrow's friend. Sharing her knowledge and experience, as well as being thorough and patient is her number one priority.

Alma Peña has been with Country Roads for the past 3 years. She was born in California and raised in Yuma County since before she could even walk or talk. Previously working for the Arizona Department of Transportation as a construction laboratory technician, Alma decided to make a drastic change in careers and decided to give Country Roads and the real estate industry a try. She is now a licensed realtor and mostly deals with the property management for the Country Roads Homeowners. Striving to educate herself as much as possible in the real estate field, Alma is constantly attending classes and learning more and more each day. Alma's motto in life is "treat others as you would like to be treated", and this is exactly what she does. Everyone that walks into the Country Roads Real Estate office, is greeted with a friendly smile and the best customer service. And as renters, Alma will do everything in her hands to ensure that your stay at Country Roads is enjoyable and unforgettable, and that you will be happy to come back and visit us again and again.
