We are thrilled to be able to introduce ourselves to you as the new real estate agents representing Country Roads RV Park. We are Steen Team Realty and have been doing business in Yuma County for the past fifteen years. We specialize in resale and property management and look forward to serving all of your real estate needs now and for years to come. We have a diversified staff to introduce to you:

Terry Steen-Schneider-Broker-has been in the real estate business for fifteen years. A native of Yuma, Terry has a BS from SUNY Albany, has her GRI, ABR, and SFR real estate designations. Our office is a team. We all work together on all aspect of our business to complete whatever needs to be done.

Robert Tuggle-Property Manager-is also a Yuma native and has been in real estate for seven years. He has handled our property management division for the last five years and has extensive knowledge in meeting our clients’ needs.

Nabile Simo-Sales Agent-has had her real estate license for four years. She recently earned her Associates Degree in Business from AWC and is continuing her education to earn her Business Degree at NAU. She attends school while being a full time agent. Nabile is professional, pleasant and wise beyond her years. Nabile is also the new Zumba instructor for Country Roads, she is looking forward to meeting everyone.

Carolina Angulo and Angie Briones-Office Managers-Carolina has been with us for three years and Angie for six months. They are always cheerful and important in every aspect of our business. They handle everything from answering phones, taking property management repair requests and inquiries, and design flyers. They are the glue that keeps the office running. Carolina, Angie, and Nabile are all bi-lingual which is an invaluable asset.

Nancy Blend-Sales Manager, Country Roads-has been in Arizona since 1996. After working in the medical field for twenty eight years she made a career change, and we could not be happier. She jumped right in and in a short time has the Country Roads office organized and running smoothly. She in very positive and enjoys every minute of her job. She feels there are never any problems only challenges and meets all challenges with a positive mind. She is looking forward to meeting and working with all of you.
